Clean Water Pump

Centrifugal pumps use the rotation of an impeller installed in the pump casing to transport fluid with centrifugal force. Centrifugal pumps have long been known as water pumps, and our products are used to convey fresh water, seawater, petroleum, and liquid chemicals. In addition to manufacturing and selling our own branded centrifugal pumps, we also act as agents for Tianjin Industrial Pump, Japan TAIKO, and European DESMI centrifugal pumps widely used in ship ballast water systems. We have our own foundry and machining factory and can accept OEM/ODM production for various centrifugal pumps.

Suction pressure ≤1.0 MPa or maximum operating pressure of the pump system ≤1.6 MPa, that is, the sum of the pump suction pressure and pump head ≤1.6 MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the operating pressure of the system when placing an order. If the operating pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6 MPa, please indicate it separately when placing an order so that the pump's flow parts and connections can be made of cast steel.

Ambient temperature <40°C, relative humidity <95%. 3. The volume fraction of solid particles in the conveyed medium should not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size should be less than 0.2mm. Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify it when placing an order so that a wear-resistant mechanical seal can be used.

Water Pump - Pipeline Centrifugal Pump: Used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire fighting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature: ≤80°C.

Water Pump - Circulation Pump: Widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, and other boilers for high-temperature hot water pressure circulation and urban heating system circulation pumps. IRG operating temperature: ≤120°C, GRG operating temperature: ≤240°C.

Corrosion-resistant Pump - Chemical Pump: Used for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles and with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature: -20°C to 120°C.

Magnetic Pump (Pipeline Oil Pump): Used for conveying petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, methanol, which require leak-free and explosion-proof properties. Operating temperature: -20°C to 120°C.

Our water pumps, corrosion-resistant pumps, and magnetic pumps are available in horizontal and vertical configurations, and some models also have wall-mounted installation options. Please specify your installation requirements when inquiring.
